Piggy things
Some of our (well, John’s really) exploits with Heron Farm pig can be found here and here and here (and what he did with lamb is here – although this post did lead to this rather strange result)
(I trust that this is circumspect enough for any veggies reading (Hi Daisy!))

I’m still recovering from watching “Jimmy’s Farm” on Tuesday? night!
Have just had a Market Researcher on the phone – she asked me loads of questions about whether I ate meat paste etc to which I answered “no”, then she wanted to know whether I used separate chopping boards for veg, raw meat and cooked meat. I had to say that I have no need for separate chopping boards (which threw her as that wasn’t one of the suggested answers!)

I’m a veggie too & it’s amazing how many people are shocked that I don’t eat chicken (don’t they think that’s meat too?) or fish. Tuna is often included in the vegetarian options on menus which winds me up.Well done re the sock – I love the colour.

Ahhh yes, that well known vegetable, the fish – my neighbour refers toso-called vegetarians who eat fish as “pesky-vegetarians” – I rather like
the phrase

(Thanks for the sock comments – despite 66 mocks to mark this weekend, it’s
partner has progressed another 8 rows… )
