Well, using a calculator with a random number generator, I have selected a winner – actually two winners: Big Ruth (for sheer persistence – how many entries? ) and Heather. I have already ordered something for Ruth, and will sort something for Heather very soon.

I wanted to give everyone prizes though – fabulous comments – I’ll definitely have to do another one some time.

I know. I’m, er, not very good at “everything in moderation”. You should have seen how many letters I sent to “Jim’ll Fix It” and how many pictures I posted to “Vision On”. All to no avail.

And following a 24 hour break in my knitting (you were away; mum was away) I have now been able to re-commence having spliced ball of wool number two to ball of wool number one (how to progress from 1st to 2nd ball being the problem). Yes. You have read me correctly. I am now on the second ball of wool (wahoooo!!) and my scarf is growing by the evening. It’ll be appearing on my blog soon. Once I can get hold of dh’s camera.
