OK, so these are the regions affected by snow in the UK today (according to the Met Office):
so we’re hardly alone.
But I think it’s probably the best snow I’ve ever had. Not that it’s the deepest, but it’s the best for making snowmen. Certainly this is my best ever snowman:

Fab snowman! Beautiful little girl too. We had fab snow, very briefly, in fact, for about 4 hours yesterday afternoon, but long enough for the children to have some fun after school. Then we had a really, really hard frost last night so it was super icy this morning for me to do my impression of Dancing on Ice. With less style and no sparkly costume. That is a seriously good snowman! And the carrot? Organic I hope!!!?Mario made one in our garden (yes – we had 10 cm of snow this a.m. and I was the most excited person in the house! I wouldn’t let him have a carrot though – I needed them for the lunch…...! He had to use pebbles instead!
