Oh why not...
I’ve seen this in rather a lot of places now, but I think I saw it first on Nic’s blog:

(And I love that whenever I see this in Bloglines all the formatting disappears – so it looks like the relevant blogger has done none of these and doesn’t want to do any of them, so why do they have a knitting blog…!)
three comments:
I’m knitting a scarf. Another. But I’m enjoying myself! I’m making it up as I go along, but I basically now want to a yellow lemon to appear against an orange background. I’ve knitted several rows of orange. I’m ready for the yellow lemon to start to appear now. But how on earth do I do it? I suspect that I join in some yellow yarn. But how do I make a new colour of yarn suddenly appear? When I splice, I get a gradual effect.I now have two ‘teach yourself to knit’ books and I have to say, with the best will in the world, that both are as clear as mud!

Yours appears in Bloglines with all the formatting so you’re the only person who appears to want to be a proper knitter!Daisy () (link) - 15 May '07 - 19:17
A proper knit meme! Wow, that’s a lot of stuff. I like your addition to it!Carrie K () (link) - 16 May '07 - 00:42
