Who links to me?

Another chain?

This is a shorter one so far, but Alison blogged about her running, and today I ran (using the same Cool Running Couch to 5k programme.)

And this time – no sore-hurty-shins – not yet, anyway. So, my next run is scheduled for Wednesday… watch this space…

Go Anne! This is the programme I followed last year (to improve my cardio fitness for ‘The Walk’;) and it worked, I ran 5k! Then I stopped running to concentrate on the walking. Hey ho. Take it at you own pace and don’t beat yourself up if you don’t reach a target, you’ll make it next time. Best foot forward! x

Great! We’re cheering you all the way! I’m feeling so much better in general since I started exercising back in Feb. I take breaks during the kids’ school holidays and have to start all over again each time, but nevertheless – feelin’ goooood!

I have been running more lately and one thing always gets me: How come some runs are great and some are terrible? I have worked out every variable (time of day, number of rest days, weather, etc.) and there seems to be no telling whether I will be happily striding along or sucking wind the whole time.

Good luck with it!

Hope you haven’t run out of steam!
